Leadership

Henry Umney

CEO

Henry joined ClusterSeven in 2006 and for over 10 years was responsible for the commercial operations of ClusterSeven, overseeing globally all Sales and Client activity as well as Partner engagements. In July 2017 he was appointed Interim CEO and is strongly positioned to take the business forward. Henry brings over 20 years of experience and expertise from the financial service and technology sectors.
Prior to ClusterSeven, he held the position of sales director in Microgen, London and various sales management positions in AFA Systems and DART, both in the UK and Asia.

Ian Cleaver

VP Product and Professional Services

Ian joined ClusterSeven in 2012 and is responsible for the Professional Services Organisation, overseeing client service levels and delivering excellence across the support programmes for customers including pre-sales support and implementation services.
Prior to Joining ClusterSeven Ian held a number of senior roles most recently in Financial services at HSBC and RBC.

Ian Peacock

Chief Financial Officer

Ian joined ClusterSeven in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer responsible for financial and operational management globally. Aside from day to day operations Ian is focused on business transformation and growth.
Ian is a chartered accountant with extensive experience of private, VC-backed and public companies, predominantly in the technology sector. Having worked with a variety of businesses he has been successful in helping them grow effectively and internationally, including fund raising, M&A, growth strategy, finance, legal, operations, facilities and HR.
Prior to ClusterSeven Ian has held CFO positions at a variety of organisations including MIRACL, Packet Vision Ltd and iOra.

Jeremy Condie

VP of Americas

Jeremy Condie, VP Americas, joined ClusterSeven in 2010 and is responsible for all Sales efforts in the American region.
Jeremy has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and has deep domain knowledge of global financial service firms including investment banking, asset management, and the insurance sectors. His background includes positions at multinational financial and media corporations including JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Thomson Financial.
Jeremy earned his BSc in Electronic Systems Engineering, and an M.B.A., at Kingston Business School (U.K.).

Laura Whitehead

VP of Marketing

Laura joined ClusterSeven in 2016 as head of global marketing. She is focused on developing a strong ClusterSeven community for prospects, customers, partners and industry influencers to share knowledge, network and promote the importance of EUC management.
Prior to joining ClusterSeven Laura held senior roles at a variety of technology companies including LexisNexis and Metastorm (now OpenText BPM) as well as spending a number of years running her own technology marketing agency.

Pete Holmes

Chief Technical Officer

Pete joined ClusterSeven in 2005 and currently has responsibility for the Engineering team, core product development and infrastructure. Pete has a broad range of experience in software development and business consulting, having previously held consultancy and engineering positions within the company, involving projects in Europe and the UK. Prior to joining ClusterSeven, Pete worked on software for the financial services industry and gained a BA in Mathematics from Cambridge University.

Tony Bethell

VP Strategic Alliances

Tony joined ClusterSeven in 2016 as VP of Strategic Alliances with global responsibility for developing and driving the partner channel. He is focused on identifying new partnerships, enabling existing partners to build successful propositions and creating new routes to market for ClusterSeven.
Tony brings with him an extensive skill set having been responsible for managing Sales, Channel, Product Management and Professional Services organisations. Within these roles he has been responsible for delivering enterprise projects and change management into many of the Fortune 500, working at board and senior management levels consistently winning multi‐million dollar contracts.
Tony has successfully grown businesses across a wide range of Enterprise Software solutions (ERP, Telco, Finance and BI/Big Data) and Cloud/SaaS, holding senior positions in the Software marketplace, working for Trintech, MicroStrategy, Saville (now ADC) and SSA (now Infor).

Richard Stevenson

Chairman

Richard has a BSc in Applied Chemistry from Coventry University.
He served as CEO & President of AST Europe, and then CEO & President of Business Agility, after the merger, of AST Europe with Henley Software.
Richard turned around the fortunes of Focus Solutions, as CEO, and led its acquisition by Standard Life where he rapidly moved on to become CEO of Standard Life in Germany and Austria.
In 2016 Richard joined Astuta as CEO, and joined the board of ClusterSeven.

Nick Habgood

Non Executive Director

Nick has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol. He worked in a product management / business development role, before spending 6 years with Mars Electronics International establishing their presence in Italy and Spain before returning to the UK as Director of Marketing and Product Management.
In 1996 Nick founded, as CEO, MAOSCO Ltd, backed by MasterCard and others. More than 500 million MULTOS smart cards have been issued in over 45 countries.
Subsequently, at LMS Capital, with Michael Bennett, he built a £120 million portfolio of technology venture assets. Nick then joined Azini Capital to co-manage one of Europe's leading private equity portfolios.

Paul Hill

Non Executive Director

Paul has an MBA from Henley Management College, and a Physics degree from Nottingham University.
Paul was a key member of the management team at ORGA Kartensysteme that restructured and sold the business to a large French multinational.
As part of C-MAC MicroTechnology’s transformational leadership team, he became General Manager of the Aerospace and Defence business.
Paul founded, as CEO, and built Bluefish Technologies’ international, smart-card solutions business and, since joining Azini, Pauls’ other board positions include Antenova, Keronite and Onespin Solutions.
